As part of "Much Ado About Something: A Shakespeare Festival," the West Caldwell Public Library will present "Shakespeare on Stage: A Recitation Contest" on Friday, March 15 from 6:30 - 8::30 pm in the Community Room. Middle School and High School students as well as adults will present memorized monologues and soliloquies from one of Shakespeare's plays. They will be critiqued by a panel of judges and prizes will be awarded to the winner and runner-up in each category (adult, high school student and middle school student). Each soliloquy or monologue will be no longer than 5 minutes in length A reception of Renaissance food, provided by the Friends of the Library, will follow the contest.
